Since 1982

El Mirador Restaurant opened in 1982 on the cliffs of Cabo de la Nao in Jávea. Right from the start what the original hosts, Bartolomé and Paquita, wanted was to offer their customers simple cooking with the marked traits of this area, always using the best products provided by our sea and land.

Thirty years later El Mirador continues in the same way and today it is Pedro, who was a waiter at the restaurant in its early days, who goes on offering the cooking that we are famous for, which is what our customers expect of us: our rice, fish and seafood dishes have always been and still are our speciality and identifying trait.

Today, as has always been done at El Mirador Restaurant, all the dishes are prepared and served with the very best of ingredients – loving care – and with the impressive views of a sea that is different every day but always spectacular in the background.
